Still charged but no membership open for me. These people are obviously stealing from people, as I am not the only one. I CAN NOT cancel my subscription because I don't seem to have one.
I have no way of contacting everyone as when I go to see how to cancel and the help it asks what the billing says, and none of the options are present, all it says is SHUDDER.
Sick of this now.
PLEASE CANCEL!

I canceled my Shudder account a few days before the 15th, so I wouldn't be charged again. I thought it was done, but I saw today on my bank app that Shudder charged me again.
I went to my Shudder account to check it and I see that the account is still active, even though I know I canceled it. No one else lives with me or knows my banking and app account info because I don't trust anyone. I just want to get this handled, canceled, and refunded.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me day or evening at 313-488-****. And to whom it may concern, thank you for replying so quickly.

iPhone 15. In the Shudder app, in browse, clicking on a thumbnail takes me to a different movie than the one displayed in the thumbnail in many instances (not all, but a lot).
I powered the phone on/off, deleted, and reloaded the app a few times - nothing fixes it. I just called customer service to inform them - it seems like the representative either didn't understand or didn't care.
You might want to look at it - it's pretty annoying. This issue is not occurring on TV or Chromebook - just iOS.

Y'all took money from me this month I told you all I did want that to be taken out of my account I was not interested in watching y'all movies at this particular time and y'all took the funny out of my account anyways without my permission now I'm going to file a dispute to get my money back

For some reason, it created two accounts (one through Roku and one through Apple TV, which I don't even have) and though I cancelled before the auto-renew date, it still charged me.

Signed up using 7-Day trial. Was charged after talking to customer service for a problem
I subscribe to the 7-Day trial. On the second day couldn't get into shudder.
Phone customer service. Very nice. The woman I spoke to thought my problem was probably with Amazon and my accounts. So she had me set up a new account and assured me twice that I wouldn't be charged for it.
I was charged for it!!
Now I must go back and call customer service and start this process all over again. Who has time for this crap?

Just yesterday I started the 7 day free trial to try out Shudder and see if it is worth a membership. Today I log in and try to watch a movie and as soon as I try to play one I am taken to where I have to choose a membership.
